Growing up, I loved fine art mediums- painting, sketching, anything that allowed me to create. But once a camera landed in my hands, and I began snapping, that's all it took! Something just clicked for me, and once I began capturing precious moments for others, my heart was hooked! I knew that this is what I was meant to do.

I met my husband, Corey, in high school at the tender age of 18. Beyond graduation, we went on to become a young married couple in 2011. We have three incredible children together, and what we have is exactly what I've always wanted.
You will sometimes see Corey with a camera in hand, working right alongside me, or even just along to assist! He is a wonderful partner, husband, and daddy, and seriously never meets a stranger. I'd like to think that we make a pretty great team!

The beach is my ultimate happy place! We take annual trips to HHI, and I have enjoyed shooting many beach sessions over the last year! I will always say yes to sand and sea!

I adore fresh flowers, whether we're strolling through downtown Charleston in the spring, or picking up a bouquet of peonies from the market. Keeping a vase of fluffy blooms on my kitchen counter is true happiness!

As soon as our first child was born, I immediately felt my heart sink when I realized how true the saying is that "babies don't keep." How quickly the time goes by, and life marches forward! As time goes on, memories may fade or become fuzzy. That's where photos save the day. Having these precious moments frozen in time to revisit again and again is something to treasure.
